We also provide training associated with ISO standards and are an approved training provider for delivery of IOSH Managing Safely Course.

Danielle McAllister
Director – Senior Management Consultant
Danielle has over 10 years of experience working for a range of businesses in implementing and maintaining ISO certification and providing health and safety support in accordance with legislative requirements.
She has been a Director at Ballylough Consultancy since 2018 providing specialist consultancy services to high profile clients within the private, public, and voluntary sectors across the UK and Ireland.
Building on her BSc in Environmental Management and various industry experience, she has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in relation to business improvement strategies, developing others in a workplace environment, and creating value-added solutions for client companies.
She is also a member of the Chartered Quality Institute and is an IRCA accredited Quality/ Environmental/ Health and Safety and Information Security Lead Auditor.
Danielle is also a Chartered Member of IOSH – Institute of Safety and Health
Outside of ISO’s Danielle has an animal farm that keeps her on her toes with Alpaca, pygmy goats, pigs, and sheep!
Sarah Curran
Junior Management Consultant
Sarah has recently joined Ballylough Consultancy and is currently on her placement year associated with her degree which she is undertaking at the Ulster University - BSc (Hons) Environmental Health.
The course includes the core subjects of food safety management, health and safety at work, environmental protection, housing and public health. The areas of sustainability, quality of life, health inequalities, law and spatial planning are also integrated throughout the programme.
BSc (Hons) Environmental Health is degree is a level 6 IOSH recognised H&S qualification that is a higher level/ more equivalent to the level 4 NEBOSH General Certificate.
Since joining BCS Sarah has been noted as an invaluable part of the team, assisting with ISO Support for a number of clients. Currently she retains student membership to IOSH and having recently passed her IOSH Managing Safely Course which in turn means she will raising her membership another level.
She has also completed her Workplace Level 2 in Health & Safety – a recognised course under the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management and acquired her CSR card to enable her to assist with Site Inspections associated with Safety Support.
With our new website we will introducing a blog and general updates on BCS and Sarah will be aiding in this new social media platform.
